On December 23rd, 2021 CODERS® family gathered around a Christmas lunch at Radisson Blu Hotel, Verdun.
During the event, Imad Kozem, CEO of CODERS® thanked the employees for their commitment during the hard times the country is going through, especially that the company was established in February 2020, amidst the crisis. He also presented the development and growth plan for the company offering ERP software solutions built on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Kozem also emphasized on the role of COVID-19 in increasing the demand for business solutions, presenting a huge opportunity for CODERS®.
Then Joelle Bicandi, Human Resources Generalist, emphasized on the necessity of having a positive mindset especially during the difficult times the country is going through and announced the Employee of the Month program.
Finally Khouloud Mehsen, Technical Supervisor and Mazen Barraj, Presales consultant, shared their insights on the growth of the team in terms of the quality of service offered and the unparalleled support their CODERS® colleagues offered to clients before, during and after the implementation of ERP software solutions.
